Ozzy is always in the clouds, a dreamer. So much so that he forgets to pay attention to a lot of things. He's an enigma and crazy eccentric. He can also be quitwe bipolar, bouncing between his normal spaceyness and a dark persona on a dime. When he loves something he tends to go a bit overboard, and over exaggerate a lot of things, but that's what makes him interestind. His spaced out thinking makes him come off as a bit of a moron though. He loves nature, but is a total spaz, but he can be quite devious. He likes to help people, or so he says. He's kinda help can be a bad thing. He's quite a myschievous cat and a bit of a joker too.
